Judy is the best. This was the second time I've hired her. She's helped me with three different criminal defense cases, all of which avoided jail time, which i was very concerned about after violating my probation.. She got me out of jail the same day I contacted her, and was able to arrange my bail... while I was still in custody. She takes care of business and I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a lawyer. She doesn't mess around and shows results!

We hired Judith to deal with a case my 16 year old daughter was involved in that had been going on for 4 years in Sherburne County. This is a very difficult county to deal with . Judith lied regarding my plea bargain and even submitted it to the courts without the DA agreeing or me being advised of my rights. When confronted she said she assumed the DA agreed. Not only did I receive ineffective counsel but I was lied to by own lawyer. I am reporting her to Minnesota Professio...nal Board of Responsibility. She shouldn’t be allowed to practice law in the State of MN if she is lying to her own clients. I also had to retain new counsel and she only offered to refund a little bit of the money we paid. I had to start all over with my new lawyer. Judy never did anything to build a defense for me. She never went over my discovery in detail with me. When I asked her to go over my criminal history points and my sentencing range she said that it doesn’t matter. Then she only sent me over 3 out of 4 pages of the document I requested. She did as much as push paper for me. I’m extremely disappointed in the way she treated me and treated my case as a lawyer who is paid for. Do not recommend and highly encourage to stay away! I have all the documentation of even further grievances of ineffective counsel and we will be getting our money back.

I can’t say enough good things about Judith. She is an absolute miracle worker! I had never been in trouble with the law before and I was freaking out more than I can put into words. Judith was calm and reassuring when I called her on a SATURDAY MORNING (and she answered on the second ring), losing m...y mind over the trouble I was in. I honestly thought I was totally screwed and this one mistake would change my life forever. Judith worked her magic and not only am I going to keep my perfectly clean record, but the fine I paid was minimal, I never had to physically go to a courthouse, and she handled EVERYTHING for me. I literally didn’t speak one word to the judge or the prosecutor or anyone. She did all the talking and negotiating, solved my case SUPER FAST, and achieved an outcome that I honestly thought was out of reach. She’s completely amazing. You’d be foolish to go with anyone else. Highly highly HIGHLY recommended!!!!

Judith represented me in Criminal Court. She made the process very smooth, while also providing clear explanations along the way, which gave me peace of mind. I was charged with a Gross Misdemeanor, and it will be reduced to a Misdemeanor after I fulfill my two years of probation.
