Yesterday the judgment vacating an order for protection filed against me was handed down after Dave Lundgren successfully argued my case. I can not say enough good things about Dave. With calm, certainty, compassion, and confidence he guided me through one of the most stressful periods of my life. He... met with me in his office in preparation for each court appearance, carefully explaining to me the mechanics of the trial and providing excellent guidance in how to offer testimony and conduct myself in the court room. He was diligent in following up all aspects of the trial and showed good judgment in paring down and providing good foundation to the narrative that most clearly demonstrated the truth and eventually led to the order being vacated. Dave responded quickly to my questions and concerns (which were many!). He always encouraged me to be in touch should I have questions, and always kept true to his promise to respond as soon as he was able. Dave and his partner Adam are young, which might lead clients to hesitate in engaging them. However, I can certify that Dave's savvy and strategic thinking belie his young age. He is driven to succeed and certainly in my case, was much better prepared, demonstrated better strategic thinking, and had prepared me far better than the petitioner's lawyer, who by comparison seemed somewhat indifferent and amateurish. I would encourage any prospective client to engage Dave to be on your side and offer my sympathies to any attorney that ends up facing him in court! Finally, in my case, Dave offered his services as a single fee rather than an hourly fee. While not inexpensive, this turned out to be an excellent model as I never need to be thinking about a ticking clock when I contacted him--and Dave was more than generous with his time--which in itself is a good business model as I think it helped us in being successful. I am filing this review as an anonymous reviewer simply because the experience of being served the order was painful and traumatizing. I am not prepared to be open with my identity as yet. However, this is an honest and heartfelt review based on real experience. I would confirm it in court!

Dave far exceeded my expectations of a criminal defense attorney. He responded to my initial inquiry within minutes of me leaving a voicemail. Dave was honest with what his expectations were with my case and walked me through every step of the process. He was always quick with responses to any que...stions I had and he made me feel as if I were his only client.
