Coley John Grostyan

Let me be clear, I don't normally leave reviews for anything or anyone but for Coley, I'll make an exception. It was clear from day one that he would use everything at his disposal to make your life easier. He is well respected in the legal community, he knows which judges favorable and which should ...be avoided, and above all else, he makes sure you never feel like your alone in your fight. Be it phone calls, emails, or texts, he always promptly responded to any questions or concerns I had. I don't just mean up until your court date either, I mean literal YEARS after the fact. Personality wise, he is just an immensely pleasant human being. Outside the courtroom, talking with him is like talking with an old friend, cracking jokes and telling stories. Inside the courtroom, he's a hardened professional, ready to tackle whatever is thrown your way. All that is well and good, but the proof is in the pudding, and in my case, he worked out a deal that got one of my charges completely dropped, and the other greatly reduced in severity. Not to mention a 3rd unrelated charge that he took on, at no additional cost despite the initial paperwork having already signed, and eventual got dropped. All I can say is, if you debating between him and a public defender, do your future self a favor and call up Coley. If you debating between him and another attorney, well, you'll be hard-pressed to find anyone who is willing to go the lengths that this man is to fight for your cause. And I guarantee you won't find anyone else who will still pick up the phone years down the line and chat as if you just saw him yesterday.

I sought a criminal defense attorney for my son when he was facing some severe charges that could have some long-lasting ramifications.
