Biography
Andrew Chase is dedicated to standing up for the rights of working men and women. As a member of Nichols Kaster’s National Wage and Hour Litigation Team, Andrew handles collective and class action cases around the country, and has helped hundreds of employees recover back wages for unpaid overtime, minimum wage violations, unpaid commissions, and failure to provide proper meal and rest breaks.
Before joining Nichols Kaster, Andrew served as the president of his law school’s Employment and Labor Law Society for two terms, as well the vice president and treasurer of Law Students for Legal Disaster Relief — a group that travels to disaster-affected areas throughout the country to provide free legal services — for which he received recognition for Achievement in Volunteer Public Service from the Minnesota Justice Foundation.
