excellent attorney

A reliable and invested lawyer

I had the opportunity to work with Mark back in 2009 for an alcohol related violation and not once did I have to be inconvienced with court appearances or hearings. He took care of the entire thing in a short amount of time and was always available and open to any questions I had. It was extremely i...mportant to me to have a lawyer who not only listens to you, but truly cares about your well being. Mark is all of that and more, I am extremely happy with my results and choice to go with Mark as my lawyer.

So thankful

Mark helped me in a horrible time in my life. I could not gone through it without him. It's a hard thing to face, but he doesn't make you feel any worse than you already do! He files all the work, is there for you even after the fact, and also gets you the best case scenario while making you feel ta...ken care of, even when you are scared. He is calming, knows what he is doing, and truly cares.

The best lawyer in town

Mark Arneson I would highly recommend Mark for legal work. I have hired him more than five times and have been very happy with the results each time. In each instance, he over achieved and I would use him again. In the most recent case, I had several compounding tickets. I was in quite a bin...d because these offenses overlapped. He used his extensive knowledge of the law to determine what my options were. He figured out a way to eliminate one and reduce other. Then he used his long-established relations with the county prosecuting attorney to negotiate a settlement. I can’t recommend someone more highly than Mark.

I have hired mark as my attorney a few times regarding 2 separate felony drug possession charges and an obstruction of justice charge. He is a very happy, positive, and serious guy who i could count on to make my cases much less complicated. Today my record is clean and was never sentenced to any jai...l time thanks to marks ability to work out my cases with the state, allowing me much easier options to situate my crimes have i not had such good representation. Thanks again Mark for keeping my spirits high through difficult times
