A fair, honest and effective lawyer

Mark was kind, patient, fair and always took time to hear me. He didn’t make big promises but rather clearly laid out the realities of my situation and then rolled up his sleeves and worked hard to find the best possible outcome for me. My case was in Scott county and he was well acquainted with the ...prosecutors and judges there as well as those in surrounding counties. I appreciate Marks honesty, kind manner and depth of knowledge, I could not have managed this without him.

Excellent Attorney for DUI / DWI charges

Mark was very serious with my case from the start and helped bring down my charges . I would recommend him to anyone with any type of case but specifically for DUI or DWI charges he was very good for that . I had another attorney previously on the same case and he didn’t think we could make anything ...happen and I talked with mark and he said what I wanted to hear and I ended up hiring him and using him and we had Great Results that would not have been able to be done with the old attorney

Highly Recommended

Hired Mark after a consultation based on a referral from another law firm for a DUI case. He was expedient in his response to scheduling my consultation. Mark provided thorough explanations of the law as it pertained to my case, and was well versed on the recently changed/updated law. Mark was very p...rofessional and honest when going over all possible legal outcomes and repercussions. I was treated with utmost respect throughout the entire process and he responded to any questions I had immediately. He took in to consideration the uniqueness of my case as it pertained to my employment and other matters at hand. Mark was swift in his recommendations to me as his client and in providing resources so that I could take an active role in benefiting my case and myself. Mark's diligence, integrity, and professionalism resulted in charges being greatly reduced/dismissed and the opportunity to move forward from this incident with dignity and without severe employment repercussions. He was fair in the services he provided and did not attempt to "oversell" or provide any false hope. Case closed with much better results than expected.

Great Lawyer for DUI

I hired Mark to help me with a first time DUI arrest. I contacted him the weekend after and he made time to meet with me on that same Sunday (Mother's Day no less). He set up the trial quickly as requested and skillfully guided me through an unfamiliar process. I had my license back 4 days later. We ...discussed the benefits and cost of hiring an expert opinion and he reviewed all the police documents and camera/recorded evidence. In the end he was able to get the charges dropped to a Hazardous Lanes Change charge. I had told him I wanted to be kept in the loop but minimally involved, and there was nothing I felt caught me off guard. I was very pleased with Marks services and the outcome he got for me.

Highly Recommend!

Mark recently helped me with my DWI case. I was facing W plates and ignition interlock. Needless to say I was pretty upset and unsure of what would happen. He helped me understand the process and was always willing to answer any of my questions. In the end Mark found an error that was made during my ...arrest and was able to get my charges reduced. He went above and beyond what I expected and I am so happy we chose Mark to represent me. Thank you!
