What can I say about Katie... She is a blessing in disguise!! I reached out to her initially because she was on a list of attorneys local to myself whom worked with the legal service provided by my employer. Specifically, I was looking to get some advise with my custody situation at the time. O...f all the contacts I reached out to, she was the most quick to respond as she understood the urgency of my matter. I was fearful speaking with an attorney and everything to do with the process initially, but she assured me that our meetings were confidential until I wanted to or was ready to share... After our initial meeting and some thought, I decided to retain her for my services. My decision was based on what I saw and heard. She was understanding, knowledgeable, and realistic of where things stood and what could be achieved for my child's safety and future. Throughout our attorney/client relationship, Katie was always prompt to respond, and explained exactly how the process would go. She ensured that I understood all of the legal jargon, and what the future held with the decisions I made in court. It was a long process, but at the end of the day, the results of my case could not have come out better. Not saying that it will go like this for everyone, but I never stepped foot into court besides reading our decisions on record. My ex and I were able to come to an agreement after a few sessions in Mediation. We were able to talk through our differences and issues with the assistance of our attorneys and mediator, and met in the middle for the best possible future for our child. Katie was very easy to deal with, and always went out of her way to ensure that I was comfortable not only by offering beverages and a comfy seat when I arrived, but also ensuring that I was okay with what was happening in and out of the court room throughout the whole process. We went over the events and documentation countless times; however many it took to make sure I was comfortable with the end result and getting the best scenario for my child. In the occurrence that Katie was out, there was always someone (professional and knowledgeable) to fill her shoes. They were always briefed on my case prior to my arrival, so that we were all on the same page. Everyone at the firm always greeted me with a smile, and went out of their way to help!! Katie is excellent. I had a complex case and Katie was able to step in and offer a strategic plan to obtain a favorable outcome. Katie is prompt and on top of correspondence. She is calm and collective in court and yet remains tough on the other side if needed. Katie hears out your concerns and genui...nely cares. Katie came to court prepared and fully knowledgeable about what was going on. She was able to accomplish a favorable outcome for me and my child! I would highly recommend.

Is a professional that cares on a personal level, she took the time to explain the FENE process that seen unfair at the time. She had the patience to advise on emails communication with my ex. She shared without hesitation her professional network (mediators, appraisals and mortgage loaner). She m...ade herself available and answered promptly my questions. My son was taken from me, false allegations were filed against me, and Katie got my child back. What more is there to say.... I live out of state which made my case extra challenging but Katie stayed on top of everything throughout the entire year and a half long process. She was understanding, no...n judgmental and even let me know when I was in the wrong without being a jerk about it. Most important, she knows her stuff. If your looking for someone to be obnoxious and create a lot of noise to divert from the facts, this is not your person. Having said that she had no problem mixing it up to make sure my rights were protected. You will not be disappointed if you choose Katie Lammers to represent you.
