Margaret Donohue Green

Maggie D. Green’s legal practice focuses on estate planning and probate services for individuals and families in Minnesota. Her goal is to ensure that each client feels comfortable and satisfied at each stage of the estate planning, trust administration or probate process. Client satisfaction is achieved through a personalized approach to legal representation, competent advice, and reasonable fees. To complement her estate planning and trust administration services, Maggie also provides closely held business and real estate advice.

Maggie graduated from the University of Notre Dame where she studied Theology. After a year volunteering with the Holy Cross Associates, she went on to receive her law degree from the University of St. Thomas in 2008. Maggie is a former member (now friend) of the City of Lakes Rotary Club, she volunteers with the MSBA Wills for Heroes program, is on the Minnesota CLE Drafting Wills and Trusts Deskbook Committee, and assists the University of St. Thomas School of Law Annual Fund committee. In her free time, Maggie spends time with her husband, three-year-old son, and one-year-old daughter. She is a casual runner, practices yoga, and plays a bit of tennis.
