James Henry Greeman

I found Greeman Toomey law firm through a friend of a friend and I'm so glad I did. After my first phone consult with another attorney, who has told me I was "too young" (late thirties) and sure to this I "wouldn't win", Greeman Toomey's kind intake coordinator talked to me for awhile over the phone ...and after speaking with James Greeman and Patrick Toomey, they took my case! The case manager was fabulous and kept me in the loop on everything and answered all my questions. My first hearing their attorney Dan Yates helped to sway that judge, however apparently that judge suddenly retired and my case had to be retried with a new judge many months later. The second hearing was much longer but went very well, and they did accept all info from the first hearing including the recording from the doctor on that hearing. Mr Greeman and Mr. Toomey were absolutely kind and knowledgeable. The attorney walked me through things beforehand and asked all the right questions during the second hearing and definitely helped sway the judge. I am so very thankful they represented me! It literally was life changing for me. Thank you thank you thank you.

In this long process finding a lawfirm and lawyer that can direct, help, organize, explain, help understand, etc, is very important. They offered great customer service and answered questions. Getting ready for case James Greeman covered everything thoroughly and put my panic at ease for case. I w...ould recommend him for anyone going through the process. Guess what "WE WON!!!!!".

I would not be able to refer Greeman Toomey law office to anyone. As my son’s Personal Representative, I helped him hire this law firm to represent him in a Social Security Disability case. I never once spoke to one of the attorneys—only a couple paralegal assistants. I provided all the medical in...formation they needed to submit to SSA. Before a decision by SSA was made, my son died, and I notified the law office of my son’s death and signed more forms regarding his case. Shortly after my son’s death, SSA approved his disability claim. Over a year after my son’s death and the attorney received his compensation from SSA, I receive a letter addressed to my son at my address. The letter thanks Nathan for being a client and tells him that he can contact their office if he has any questions. The letter goes on to ask for referrals and includes business cards. I’m sure this is just a canned letter, but I’m appalled that this attorney office is not more on the ball to know not to send such a letter to their client who died over a year ago. I won’t be referring any business to Greeman Toomey Law Firm as I’m sure there are others who would have some compassion and be more thorough.
