You literally have no risk with Greenman and Toomey

Greenman and Toomey were excellent! I was deemed disabled mentally at 33. The stigma that comes with it is truly awful. Anxiety/depression and panic disorder are no "pill" fix illness. I was helped through day 1 when they decided to take my case on and from there, there were very few tasks that I w...as assigned to do. They collected all the medical records, set up the appointments for doctors and few all the way from MN to UT to go in front of the federal judge (btw, this is extremely common, you will rarely be awarded your benefits without 2 denials first. So do not get discouraged when you read comments like these that mention going to federal court. They help prepare you with what the questions will be, and you are call them or text them anytime of the day and get a response. They charge the same as any other SSDI attorney which is never the same as the next person, its based on your numbers, but the formula they use is the same across the bored so do not worry about being "overcharged" or anything. if you accrue any fees along the way (Sometimes drs will charge for your entire medical history or to have forms notarized) then you pay it at the very end of the process. If for any reason you are denied at the federal hearing level and are denied benefits, then you owe them NOTHING. so there is really no risk at all to call them. I live in utah and picked these guys because of their location and his percentage of awarded clients. I will say that a lot of the times, the judge you are assigned makes a HUGE difference in whether or not you win your case. Every state has one but you rarely get the judge in your own home state. so there is that to consider as a factor that is beyond anyones control. A+++

Disability

I hired James Greeman at the end of my disability process to represent me in appeals court as it was my last opportunity to win my case. He swiftly took over from there and after a year battling on my own, he won my case in 20 minutes in court. Any time I had questions or needed to get a hold of him,... he answered promptly and professionally. James’ staff is equally great and they removed all of the stress of gathering any necessary medical records or legal forms. Hiring James not only comes with an A+ lawyer but also an A+ law firm behind him.

Believed in me when I barely believed in myself

I felt helpless after being rejected after two appeals for my disability claim. I contacted James Greeman and worked with his secretary, Alicia, and they helped me build my case. They advised me on forms and recommendations from doctors, as well as evaluations that I’d never consider. They respond...ed to any questions I had promptly and were professional throughout, up to and including my hearing date. Thanks to their counsel and guidance, I ended up winning my disability hearing, and James Greeman is working to adjust my onset date to based on evidence and testimony to help me get the most out of my case. I owe Mr. Greeman all of my gratitude for helping me realize that just because I’m wired differently, it doesn’t mean that I’m less worthy.

Seamless Experience

James Greeman and his team recently helped me achieve a favorable decision from the Administrative Law judge in Wisconsin. While the process is long and arduous, my final appeal steps were not as daunting as I expected. I would highly recommend Greeman Toomey PLLC as your next Social Security Disabil...ity team!

Granted full SSDI!!!

After trying to handle my SSD paperwork on my own and with a SSD company, being denied twice, I hired Greeman Toomey PLLC. They did a wonderful job handling my case. The legal staff took my intake information, gathered all my medical records (which there were years of records), and continually contac...ted me for and with updates. James Greeman reviewed all of my information and submitted an appeal. For the hearing, James Greeman patiently helped me prepare, and there were things that were brought up that were very personal to me. James Greeman walked me through the process and helped me prepare on how to speak to the judge. James Greeman is a very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional lawyer. After The judge fully granted me SSDI, James Greeman called me to let me know what would happen next. He stated that with any legal matter to always contact a lawyer immediately and when I receive my back pay I should hire a lawyer as the long-term disability company may state that I owe them money. James Greeman also made sure that he answered all my questions. I now feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and that I finally can live my life. I would highly recommend James Greeman to anyone that is going through the process of SSDI.
