I like to take this opportunity to personally thank Greeman Toomey PLLC and each individual law representative who worked on my case over these last 2 years which consisted of James Greeman, Ryan Miner, Natalie Melcher and all those behind the scenes that came together for the greater good to get an ...approval for me after all my previous attempts at getting approved on my own were unsuccessful.  When I first begin my journey i applied for SSI/SSDI on my own and I was subsequently denied twice before ultimately discovering that dealing with the Social Security Administration was much more complicated than I originally thought. Along the journey of my denials I learned that filing for SSI/SSDI benefits because I had a qualified disability that limited my ability to work and being approved for SSI/SSDI were two different barriers and applicants must navigate both parameters.  In theory, having a qualified disability that limited my ability to work should suffice however it takes an experienced Attorney to apply Law to each factor. After my 2nd denial I said to myself if I wanted to have the best chance at winning my case or any future endeavor with SSA I would need a strong legal team to help navigate the complicated and rigorous bureaucracy of SSA.
