I have been practicing law for over 35 years, over 30 of which have been in my present practice. I pride myself in giving my clients a professional analysis of both the good and the bad aspects of their cases. When I tell a client I think I can win a case, I mean it, and have a very good success rate. For example, I recently got an acquittal from a jury in an entrapment case in Dakota County, and an acquittal from a jury in a case involving the largest methamphetamine seizure by the Anoka-Hennepin Drug Task Force. Conversely, even when my clients have not had great cases, I have been able to get very successful outcomes. For example, I have had multiple cases recently in which my client was looking at a minimum 10 year prison sentence, but I was able to keep the client out of prison. My office prides itself on doing the best job we can for our clients, given the facts and circumstances of their cases.
