Excellent work

My family and I continue to use mr. F Clayton Tyler over 30 years. From my son's criminal activity to my divorce. Each case he's taken upfront, no matter how complicated he explains in detail what's about to happen. And he's gotten excellent results. My divorce was final this month I'm absolutely sat...isfied great job. Mr. Tyler's work ethic is exemplary.

The BEST Attorney hands down

Clayton Tyler has been my lawyer for over 10 years. I've gotten into a lot of trouble over the years and Clayton has been there for me every time. He definitely knows what he's doing. He knows almost all the prosecutors and the judges (these relationships have been used to my advantage more than once...) I've seen him have private talks with the judges in there chambers many times. Clayton will give it to you strait up, he won't try and sugar coat your situation, he will keep it real with you. Other reviewers have said that after he gets your money he's hard to get a hold of, that IS NOT TRUE. He's not gonna call you every day to sooth your nerves, because he's busy working on your behalf, and negotiating with your prosecutor and your judge. I was never not able to get a hold of him. If he was with a client or in court, Nancy (who is a rockstar) would take a message and make sure he got back to me. Communication aside, the most important thing is outcome. I've had two separate felon in possession of firearm charges, one of them was for an assault rifle. On both of these cases Clayton got me downward departures. That means instead of the 5 year mandatory minimum for each charge, I was only sentenced to a year, meaning I only had to serve 8 months. You can't beat that! Downward departures are hard to get, let alone twice! I've also been charged with a drug felony for selling 1000 pills to a DEA informant. Once we got to court, Clayton got me a deal where I only had to serve two weekends. Two Weekends!!! That was it!! Doing this review is reminding me just how awesome and how much of a Pro, Clayton really is. You'd be a fool to hire anyone else. He's stretched out court dates, and gotten continuances almost as many times as I've wanted. Even when I've messed things up by dropping dirty UA's and not following conditions of release(which I wouldn't reccomend), he was STILL able to secure favorable outcomes for me. I've used Clayton for small things like child support and DWI, as well as more serious things like drug charges and gun charges, etc. And every time he has met and exceeded my expectations. I've seen Clayton in court, get up in front of the judge and deliver an Oscar winning performance on my behalf. He does not like to lose, nor does he like his clients to do any jail time. I remember a time where I was sentenced to like 20 or 30 days in jail, an outcome I was pleased with, but Clayton was mad because I had to do any time at all. He genuinely cares about his clients. There's so many other little, and nuanced things that Clayton does which makes him the best. All I can say is if you want the best possible legal representation you can get, without question go with F. Clayton Tyler

Disappearing Artist

I retained Ms. F Clayton back in 2005 for a Drug & Gun charge. For I was young and reckless back then. Anyways Mr.Taylor talk to me via a phone call then a face to face while I was still incarcerated in a county jail, with up most certainty that he could beat my case and or get me off the hook with ...less than minimal criminal damages. I retained Mr. Taylor for a pretty nice fee.. Upon our first consultation he recommended me, "More so Advised me" to tell a PSI a specific story. 'Come to find out it was the worst thing I could of done for myself, seeing as he pretty much had me admit guilt before I even seen a court room' & I only found this out after I had fired Mr. Taylor and retained someone else. I'll never forget how friendly he was and his appearance to be genuinely concerned and caring. He new everyone in the jail by first name in the jail and seemed to be a big dog in the legal circle.. He took my retainers fee and I was never able to get in contact with him again. He would show up right before court proceedings and his whole demeanor about how simple my case was change. It now wad a high profile case, "he didn't know how serious it was, because he didn't have the "WHOLE" file prior to speaking with me". Of course he was going to require more money.. I got rite of him and hired a lawyer friend of the family. Now I must admit, when I was able to get in front of Mr. F Clayton again and explained my dissatisfaction. He did return half my retainers fee on the condition that I be billed directly to my new lawyer I had hired. All in all I would never step in a court room with him as my legal defense.

Clayton is a great lawyer

I got arrested for DWI, Clayton was strongly recommended to me. If you get arrested for a DWI You want the best attorney you can get, this would be Clayton. I found out with DWI laws you are guilty until proven innocent. I blew .087 and never had a DWI. I was never hand cuffed and my car was not ...towed, yet they filled 4 charges against me. Clayton got three of the charges dismissed and a Stay of adjudication for the DWI. Clayton is a very knowledgeable lawyer with years of experience. Clayton is the lawyer you want on side if you have to go to court. I know this would not have turned out the way it did with out having Clayton as my attorney.

Clayton is a top rock star superior lawyer - BEST OF THE BEST

I had a DWI issue and I initially retained a highly referred lawyer who is listed as a 10.0 Avvo rating from this site for DWIs. The initial lawyer could not get my charges reduced. By miracle, someone referred me to Clayton Tyler. Clayton got charges reduced to careless driving and dropped. I r...an into another legal manner (criminal) where the prosecutor was brutal with this case. I immediately contacted Clayton for legal assistance. Clayton got those charges dismissed (not on the record). Here is my disclaimer about Clayton: Clayton is brutally honest. After hearing your situation, he will assess the situation will present you what the law states. It may not be what you want to hear (he will tell you the truth). Afterwards, Clayton will immediately work out a winning strategy. Because of his superior knowledge, legal experience and great respect that judges, prosecutors, law officials, and other attorneys have for Clayton (key note to look when reviewing lawyers is years of experience as well as reviews), there is an excellent chance you will have a favorable ruling with your case (e.g. - charges dismissed). Going through the legal system was one of the scariest situations I ever faced. I could not have any criminal charges (e,g, - DWI charges) as it would have destroyed my career. Clayton Tyler and his entire staff is one of the most professional and caring staff you will ever encounter. Clayton is considered a rock star in the MN criminal attorney arena (highly respected in the legal community). Thus, he can handle all types of criminal law issues. He handled my DWI issue with ease (and WAY better than my initial attorney). If you have a criminal legal issue, you will want to talk and retain Clayton Tyler. He is one of the best (if not the best) attorney out there.
