He has been trained in the area of Forensic Evidence including DNA and is a member of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences. Arthur R. Martinez has been on Rules Committee for the Rule of Criminal Procedure for the Minnesota Supreme Court and has been an Adjunct Professor at William Mitchell College of Law, Emory Law, Natinoal Institute for Trial Advocay NITA, Western Trial Advocacy College, Training Federal Defense Lawyers for the Administratvie Office in Washington D.C. at William and Mary Law School, and has trained lawyers all over the United States and Mexico.
Arthur R. Martinez is admitted to practice law in Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community Tribal Court and Prairie Island Indian Community Tribal Court.
Arthur R. Martines is a member in Good Standing with the American Academey of Forensic Science (AAFS) and the Internationa Association for Identification (IAI).

Don't waste your money.
Arthur will tell you he is on your side, but his client relations are clearly not a priority for him. I've tried to contact him about how my case is going, but he doesn't return emails, phone calls, or texts.
