Kristen was great from the beginning. I went to her because I had gotten an unexpectedly large bill from a medical group for a work comp related injury. I was worried to file it as work comp for many reasons so I backed out of it in the beginning and tried to just have my insurance cover everything, ...but it didn't work out that way and all of the sudden I owed more money that I could imagine in doctor bills. On top of it the bill went to a debt collector, I was terrified that my life would be ruined due to my credit score being obliterated from the situation. Kristen took my case and helped me through the entire process. The case froze with the debt collector and my credit was never affected.
