Great Attorney

Kristen was great from the beginning. I went to her because I had gotten an unexpectedly large bill from a medical group for a work comp related injury. I was worried to file it as work comp for many reasons so I backed out of it in the beginning and tried to just have my insurance cover everything, ...but it didn't work out that way and all of the sudden I owed more money that I could imagine in doctor bills. On top of it the bill went to a debt collector, I was terrified that my life would be ruined due to my credit score being obliterated from the situation. Kristen took my case and helped me through the entire process. The case froze with the debt collector and my credit was never affected. She kept me updated on the process and told me what to expect throughout. She was also kind and comforting when I was scared. She ended up closing the case for me and It turned out better than what I was expecting. I am so grateful to Kristen for helping me through this terrible ordeal. Thank you Kristen!

Kristen and her team are the very best of the best

During one of the most difficult times of my life Kristen was always kind and supportive. She even listened to my ramblings. You don't know how much a listening ear or a kind word means until you truly need one. Kristen was always very responsive. I liked the fact that I got to talk to a person when... I called. After my first call with Kristen I just knew who I wanted to represent me in one of the most important moments of my life. Any previous interactions I've had with lawyers have not been good, painful sometimes. Not even once was I frustrated or feeling discouraged throughout this process. I knew I had a claim that should have been approved. Kristen provided the case law to support the appeal and sent the message to MetLife that I wasn't going to go away. Fields knew the correct way to fight the bully. Thanks to Kristen and her amazing team I was approved for long term disability.
