On July 18 2017 I Fell at work breaking both bones in my left wrist on July 19 or 20 Work Comp called to tell me they had denied my claim.. Had surgery on the 21st not knowing for sure how I was going to pay this bill ... On Sunday the 23 I set out to educate myself on how to find a Comp Attorney I... had visited a few web sites just reading what they did trying to get some answers I ended up on web site for Fields Law Firm I clicked on the place to ask a question and a Attorney by the name of Steve Fields popped on and I explained what my problem was .. he asked if he could call me I said yes we spoke and he said I had a good case. And he would turn it over to one of the firms Comp Attorneys. And this was where Kristen Gyolai came to my rescue and took over my case she walked me thru what was going to happen .. It was like a weight was lifted off me.. My case is now settled I received more of a settlement then I thought I would my medical bills are payed and more then anything I have a piece of mind ... Really liked her but if I would've known how new she was I wouldn't have went with her. I needed a seasoned atty for my case, and then when the judge denied she took almost 3 weeks of the 30 day time frame talking to other attorneys at her office and then decided not to appeal! Very disappointed be...cause this firm was recommended to me, but it wasn't the same atty that the person used. If she wouldn't have taken so much time I would've rated her higher but now I'm left hanging with only a week left of the 30 days, and over a holiday weekend!!!
