My terrible experience with Susan J Mundahl, Esq sadly mimics a 2016 review that was written by someone named Curtis. It seems baffling that an attorney with 34 years of Family Law experience would fail to consider her client’s outcome. She repeatedly ignored and dismissed my concerns. Ms Mundahl... made numerous decisions that favored my spouse, literally at my expense. Her actions, inactions and refusals to submit financial statements at trial effectively resulted with me paying her to represent my spouse against my best interests. In addition to her lackluster legal skills, two extremely important post trial documents were barely completed when submitted at the very last minute to meet a court submission deadline that had been extended for an additional 3-1/2 days.! Lacking time to edit and make corrections, those hastily finished documents included significant mistakes that significantly favored my spouse’s outcome! BTW: Ms Mundahl’s comments to negative reviews generally deny any personal accountability while deceptively painting those “misguided” client reviewers in a defective light.

I hired Susan to help me through my divorce. Though divorce is not likely a positive experience, Susan helped me to understand that divorce doesn’t have to be an ugly fight, like my preconceived ideas thought. She helped me to understand equitable division of assets, and really helped me to realize t...hat working cooperatively with my spouse was in everyone’s best interest. Consequently, my ex spouse and I have a relationship that can work together cooperatively, in the best interest of our children. Susan was fair, thorough, and timely. I would highly recommend Susan and her staff for knowledgeable and respectful legal counsel.
