Susan Jean Mundahl

My terrible experience with Susan J Mundahl, Esq sadly mimics a 2016 review that was written by someone named Curtis. It seems baffling that an attorney with 34 years of Family Law experience would fail to consider her client’s outcome. She repeatedly ignored and dismissed my concerns. Ms Mundahl... made numerous decisions that favored my spouse, literally at my expense. Her actions, inactions and refusals to submit financial statements at trial effectively resulted with me paying her to represent my spouse against my best interests. In addition to her lackluster legal skills, two extremely important post trial documents were barely completed when submitted at the very last minute to meet a court submission deadline that had been extended for an additional 3-1/2 days.! Lacking time to edit and make corrections, those hastily finished documents included significant mistakes that significantly favored my spouse’s outcome! BTW: Ms Mundahl’s comments to negative reviews generally deny any personal accountability while deceptively painting those “misguided” client reviewers in a defective light.

I went through a very difficult divorce that was in the court system for over 1 year. Susan participated and advised me with lots of good advice. She advised with wonderful knowledge, patience, and valuable experience. She was essential in my case and I appreciated her guidance within the entire p...rocess. Thank you.

We came to Susan with a custody issue. She started out by listening intently and sympathizing. Then she helped us choose our very best option. She's answered every question and concern quickly and concisely. I have to mention the EXCELLENT work put in by the paralegals and office staff!! We were war...mly greeted by name and treated with kindness by each member of the Mundahl law team. Our case was slightly unusual, but Susan put in the work and I'm so thankful we found her. She was recommended to me after I'd "lost" over $2,500 on another lawyer. She clearly explained what we could do and how she could help. I cannot recommend Susan highly enough.

I did not have a lawyer that was for me..... I paid her to not to represent me but to represent the case against me.... You think when you hire a lawyer that they are for you so you trust them to inform you and keep your best interest at hand. NOT with Susan Be careful.... I was misinformed.... N...OT informed..... Completely not represented at all by someone I hired...... And I might add at a costly price too. I was totally deceived by this lawyer and hope that it does not happen to anyone else....
