Beyond Grateful! A Rare, Compassionate Find. Providing the Clarity and Care I Needed.

I cannot say enough good things about Amy, the Managing Partner at MSB Employment Justice. She was the only attorney who took the time to provide a real, thoughtful assessment of my case, even when the path forward wasn’t simple. After being dismissed by other firms with generic denial emails and no ...explanation, finally being listened to and given thoughtful consideration meant more than I can express. Amy never made me feel like a case file. She treated me with respect, compassion, and care from our very first interaction. She didn’t ask me to complete long intake forms or jump through hoops — yet she offered more clarity and support than all the other firms combined. She listened, gave me the space I needed to process difficult decisions, never pressured me, and was always available whenever I had questions or concerns. In a situation that felt isolating and overwhelming, Amy was the first person who made me feel heard. Even though I ultimately didn’t move forward with litigation, I will always be grateful for Amy’s guidance, honesty, and humanity. She embodies exactly what her firm promises — and more. I would have been honored to have Amy represent me if I had moved forward with my case.

Amazing Work

Amy was amazing to work with. I honestly had never been through a process like this before, and she took the time to explain everything in detail to me, answer any questions I had, and geniuenly cared about what I had to say. I would definitely recommend Amy and MJSB to anyone in need of a lawyer for... an employment matter.
