Outstanding attorney, GREAT GUY!

Joe represented me when my business failed and I filed for bankruptcy. He was thorough and professional, but more importantly, he was compassionate and patient during a very difficult time for me personally. I needed to contact him recently, seven years after my bankruptcy, and he not only remembered... me instantaneously, he asked after my husband by name! He handled my request immediately. I would give Joe 10 stars if I could, and I wholeheartedly give him my highest recommendation. You will not regret putting your trust in Joe Kelly.

Very Satisfied

If you feel you need to file bankruptcy you need to at least call Mr. Kelly. If you don't feel at ease from your conversation With him, you won't with anyone else. He walked me through the whole process and he never makes you feel like you are low-life for finding yourself in this situation.

Easy going, detailed, efficient, approachable.

Mr. Kelly is a true professional. He laid out the facts, walked me through my process, made every detail and step of my process clear with a perfectly reasonable and respectable use of my time. He treated me like a real person who had real problems but who's problems would be made better through th...e process with his guidance and representation. From the fist meeting to the last he was available and approachable, direct and honest. I truly am thankful for his time spent with me and my case.

Trustworthy, Professional, Above and Beyond!

Joe Kelly went above and beyond to help me with my bankruptcy when I needed it most. I called Joe when I needed advice because the attorney I contracted with misled me to believe I could keep my annuity and continued making errors throughout the filing of my bankruptcy. Joe took the time to help m...e understand all the facts and various options available to me, easing my anxiety during this difficult time. To my surprise, two weeks later when I was feeling more lost than ever, I received a follow up call from Joe to see how I was doing. His kindness and genuine concern for my situation was like an angel being sent from above. He spent more time with me over the phone offering his advice and referring me to another attorney I could trust who was better suited to assist with the bankruptcy situation I was in. Joe Kelly's knowledge and expertise is invaluable! I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is considering or plans to file bankruptcy!!
