Joe helped me complete my chapter seven bankruptcy!

Mr. Kelly provided excellent support for my chapter seven bankruptcy. He was very responsive and made my wife feel at ease throughout the process as well. He explained my options and was able to help me successfully file for and complete a chapter seven bankruptcy. He was even able to negotiate a ...better deal with the trustee on my behalf. Much needed guidance!

I called to see if the bankruptcy route was the way that I needed to go for my particular situation. Joe was very patient and kind to me considering I was a basket case from another attorney I had just spoken to. He was so patient and gave me some really great advice about some things I needed to loo...k into first. Looking like I will not need to do the bankruptcy, but if he is so helpful in just a consult I'm sure he would be amazing at getting others through this difficult time!

Excellent Lawyer

Unfortunately, after my divorce I needed to file for bankruptcy. Mr. Kelly was affordable and an absolute professional. We just finished today and it went by the numbers. Joe is a serious professional and an all around good guy.

Joe is the guy you want in your corner!

After being turned away by two other attorneys, we came to Joe with a complex case involving both small business and personal litigation. After careful analysis, it was decided that a Chapter 7 bankruptcy was the best course of action. Joe was exceedingly patient and thorough as he guided us through ...what could have been a nightmarish process. At several points he spotted and dealt with trouble spots that could have easily derailed us if we had retained someone with less experience. In the end our case went smoothly and we are now past that very painful time of our life. Don't let his simple office and laid-back approach fool you... Joe has an encyclopedic knowledge of bankruptcy law and is respected by the Trustees who will eventually preside over your case. Do not underestimate the importance of this! If you hire some supposedly slick lawyer that has attempted to pull the wool over the eyes of the Trustees in the past, YOU are going to pay the price for their "creativity" and it will only add to your misery. Joe will always have our respect and gratitude... thanks Joe!!!

Very Satisfied

If you feel you need to file bankruptcy you need to at least call Mr. Kelly. If you don't feel at ease from your conversation With him, you won't with anyone else. He walked me through the whole process and he never makes you feel like you are low-life for finding yourself in this situation.
