Justin is extremely good at what he does. I would highly recommend him (and his staff) to anyone! I've gone through a couple different court ordeals (in different counties) with Justin, and I completely trust him and his abilities. Justin Schiks is by far the best lawyer I have ever worked with. He's very genuine, caring, and supportive. He took the time to listen to my story, and didn't judge me for the past mistakes I had made. I was facing a felony 5th degree possession charge, and thought my life was over. After meeting up ...with Justin and figuring out the appropriate actions to take in this case, I felt a million times better and we hadn't even been to the first court date yet. Walking into the court room I was very nervous, but seeing Justin's smiling face and constant fight to do what was in my best interest made this whole process a lot less stressful on me. Which he ended up being successful in doing so. He encouraged me time after time to continue doing the next right thing, regardless of the outcome. Justin made a huge impact on my life, and gave me the second chance I needed to be successful in staying sober and living a "normal" life. Finding Justin was a Godsend! My 16 year old son got messed up with the wrong kids at school and found himself in legal troubles that could have ruined his adulthood. Justin and his team did excellent job while i was arrested on false domestic assault chrages from my wife from bailing me out till final court hearing untill judge dismissed the case with no guilty. Justin fight my case in highly professional manner and all false charges were dropped because of his l...egal expertise and professionalism. Was fighting a DUI case and hired Justin to fight for me but in the end I would have been better off saving the money and defending myself. the only communication was the day before court, at first I wanted to fight it but he told me I didn't have a case so I said fine I want to plead guilty and do... the jail time and he said that's not possible and to just take the deal the prosecutor offered so now I have fines to pay and 18 months probation and all the other hoops I have to jump through. Before the stop I was a couple months away from being able to move out of state and start over and now I'm stuck here in a state I no longer want to live in because of all the fees and loosing my license plus I need to have a ignition interlock installed for 3 years when I haven't had a drink in almost 10 years so I'm out all that money as well. DO NOT HIRE! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
