I had a dispute with a neighbor at our lake place concerning the boundary line and our neighbors construction of a pole barn on our property. Mark handled it professionally and efficiently and we were able to preserve our relationship with the neighbors. Mark was a pleasure to work with and we are very pleased with the end result.

Mark helped our family when we needed to divide our family cabin and he created an entity so that we could keep it in the family for many more years to come. He was intelligent, raised several issues we had never even thought of and was a pleasure to work with. He helped us out of a difficult situation and I would recommend him to others without hesitation.

Mark has great knowledge of New Home Warranty law. He did an excellent job representing our home building company in a law suit. His knowledge, experience, and writing skills our very strong and were a key to representing our side of the case. We highly recommend him, and would definitely use him again.

My landlord sued my corporation for violating rules set forth in the commercial lease. The suit was dubious and threatened the viability of my business. Mark helped me resolve the issue. He always provided me with sound legal advice. He would thoroughly explain the legal process and give me the pros and cons of every course of action, so that I was able to make informed decisions. Ultimately, the dispute was resolved and my business was saved.

I hired Mr. Kemper to assist me with a dispute I was having with my landlord concerning a commercial lease. Through his efforts, I was able to get out of my lease three years early, the landlord paid for my relocation costs, and even paid a portion of my build-out expenses at the new location. I was very impressed with his work ethic and his ability to compress "legal boilerplate" into simple, straight-forward legal advice. I would definitely hire him again and have recommended him to other friends and family.
