Biography
Mark Kemper concentrates his practice as a civil litigator in real estate, construction, property and casualty litigation. He has represented individuals and small businesses in claims involving contract disputes, construction defects and property damage for over seventeen years.
In addition, Mr. Kemper's growing practice includes assisting cabin and recreational property owners with legal issues regarding their ownership and use of the family cabin or property.
While some attorneys limit their practice to the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area, Mr. Kemper welcomes assignments to greater Minnesota. Mr. Kemper has handled cases from Duluth to Worthington and from LaCrescent to Angle Inlet - literally across the entire state of Minnesota.
Mr. Kemper is also admitted to the Wisconsin State Bar and has handled matters and claims throughout the state of Wisconsin as well.
