Fabulous!

I hired Lyndsay about 6 months into a drawn out divorce battle. Immediately upon hiring Lyndsay things were going. Finally action! All thanks to Lyndsay! Even with complete lack of action and response by opposing counsel, Lyndsay had my divorce finalized in 2 months!!! She answered every email quickly, was so professional, worth every penny!!

Great Lawyer

Lyndsay is a great down to earth lawyer. She helped me resolve my divorce fairly quickly, ex held things up. Gave me great advice on how to proceed, what to do and what not to do. Listened to what I had to say and about what was going on and lead me to a great decision in how the divorce decree should be laid out.

You're in great hands with Lyndsay Howard.

In 2007 Lyndsay helped me win full custody of my daughter. In 2017 Lyndsay helped me get 60% of the time with my son. We just went back to court in June of 2023 and I now have 70. 4% of the time with my son. I get 257 days a year with my son now and I couldn't be more grateful for Lyndsays help. It's pretty rare to hear of a man getting full custody of children but with Lyndsay it's possible. I truly trust her and her abilities. She's not just a great lawyer but a great person. She has had my back for 16 years now and I wouldn't think to even consider hiring someone else.

Created Prenup for my 2nd Marriage

I worked with Lyndsay Howard to create a prenup for my upcoming marriage. We did a face to face meeting to start the process and then after that we completed the document via e-mails/phone. Lyndsay was very responsive during the process, ensured she understood my situation, and created a detailed agreement for our situation. This was the 2nd marriage for both of us and our portfolio values were significantly different. Lyndsay did a great job to create a fair and easy to understand prenup agreement for both of us. It is not a very loving/romantic process at the end to go through but I was very satisfied with the outcome and hope the document never gets used. Lyndsay was a great coach and legal partner through the entire process.

I'm so glad a friend referred me to Lyndsay!

I knew when I first met with Lyndsay that she was so knowledgeable and would be a great fit for me in handling my divorce. She did NOT disappoint! She was thorough, professional, helpful, and understood my situation well. She fought for me and I really felt like she had my back, which is what I needed in a lawyer. During mediation, I was in awe of her ability to get all of the assets in their proper columns so that I could walk away feeling like things were fair and that I wasn't getting the short end of the stick. She was very trustworthy and I would recommend her to anyone. From start to finish I was divorced in 5 months, and we didn't have to go to court, thankfully.

Excellent to work with

Upon my search for a female attorney that focused on divorce and family law I stumbled upon Lyndsay. She was so easy to work with, thoroughly answered all my questions. I had been dealing with a long drawn out divorce that involved custody and had been making zero progress with the previous person I had been working with. Excellent - Experienced, Knowledgeable Guidance

Adult adoption

I had what I thought was an easy case. It was to adopt the son who I had fathered for 30 years. I guess it was easy as it was much cheaper than she thought it would be and now I legally own my son ;). Thanks on behalf of my family for getting this done for us.
