$ over delivering what was expected
Lyndsay is a joke. She did nothing to fight for me. She even tried to talk me out of what I was offering to give to the other lawyer. If you are looking for a lawyer that will just take your money, look no further.

Took My Money and Ran!
After paying Lyndsay my retainer fee and having her sign on to my case, she charged me nearly $2,000 to review and then back out of my case, because she couldn't make it on the day of the trial. She withdrew from my case, telling me she didn't have time for it. I am still out the money, but got nothi...

Replied last January 03, 2018This recitation of facts is inaccurate. Client scheduled on their own - AFTER I withdrew from representation - a custody trial. Client then requested that I come back as counsel and was later upset that I could not accommodate that trial date on my schedule for further representation. Therefore, I declined to return as counsel. I have refunded all unearned funds to client in addition to a good faith refund of earned fees.
