I just happened upon Lyndsay while looking for an attorney on-line to help in a child custody situation. She was extremely professional, receptive to my concerns, and fought for my rights as a single dad. I felt like I was her number one client, and she covered all the bases. She really knows her stu...ff. I now have legal shared custody of my daughter and all the legal matters are settled at this time. Lyndsay represented me as a respondent in a divorce that I didn't necessarily want, after moving to Minnesota (i.e. my ex’s home state) with our family (incl. young children) and then being served ~1 year after the move. Lyndsay patiently helped me understand the rules of the road and enabled me to f...end off a soon-to-be ex with unreasonable expectations who dragged the process on and wouldn’t play by the rules. Further to complicate things, my ex and ex’s attorney didn't fully understand child support calculation inputs (e.g K-1 income, potential income, etc), which Lyndsay helped educate them. In conclusion, I started responding to the divorce process feeling like a wounded animal not trying to get eaten, and with Lyndsay's support, ended it with peace and not unduly harmed.
