extremely effective in the courtroom
Not all litigators are great in the courtroom. We all see how thoroughly attorneys prepare for trial. And Chuck was very thorough in his preparation for trial. What stood out for me was Chuck's ability to artfully maneuver and then to sense the right moment to strike and destroy on cross examination....
