Exemplary professionalism

Mathew handled my ligation against a business with the upmost professionalism. It took over a year to complete but he was there every step of the way. He was able to explain all the legal terminology to me without making me feel left in the dark. Mathew’s communications with their lawyers and the ...judges was done so precisely to the facts and legal boundaries of the courts. A Gift from Heaven!

If you ever are in need of a Attorney call Mathew Meyer. We can not thank Mathew enough for what he did for us. He answers his phone, he answers his emails, he treats you with great respect. We had to liquidate our business due to a personal injury, the timing of our liquidation was not good and it... left us short with our creditors, which of course lead to two creditors attempting lawsuits against us. Because of Mathew's knowledge of the law and shear determination to help us, we were able to settle both cases out of court and for a extremely reasonable amount. Obtained summary judgment award for client awarding judgment for assigned claims and mortgage debt at District Court, and prevailed on appeal to the Minnesota Court of Appeals.

Obtained summary judgment dismissal of all claims. Court concluded that auditors owed no duty to margin lenders. Decision affirmed by Minn. Court of Appeals, and petition for further review was denied.

Obtained dismissal based upon Plaintiffs' failure to comply with Minnesota expert affidavit requirements in professional malpractice litigation.

Loudner v. United States, 108 F.3d 896 (8th Cir. 1997)

Obtained reversal by 8th Circuit. Found that Govt could not rely on publication in Fed. Reg. alone to start the statute of limitations on the time for beneficiaries to make claims to the funds. The fund was reopened for the lineal descendents.
