The orginal suspension order states Mr. Field was "candid" and "cooperative" with the process and an order for reinstatement can only occur after the attorney seeking reinstatement proves by clear and convincing evidence that he has undergone a moral change such that clients can have complete confidence in his competence and morality going forward. Attorney Field met that test.”
