I'm not even sure where to start. There aren't many people that are experts in probate/estate law. Nathan Krogh is however one of those people. I watched Nathan single-handedly tackled a complicated case for me and he did an amazing job. Which in the end meant a victory for me. From my perspective N...athan is a quintessential professional. He did everything right in my book. Not just law knowledge which seemed endless but his amazing ability to disassemble all the complicated pieces and explain it in simple terms that I could easily understand. He also has extensive experience in his field. Nathan did everything on time or before the deadline we agreed on. He picked up the phone when I called or called me right back if he wasn't in the office when I left a message. He answered all my emails in a timely manner PLUS he's a hockey player and a hockey dad. There was no will, one property posted for foreclosure, a second one imminent, a partially built home on one parcel, a three-bay garage on another, and damage everywhere. Nathan helped to quickly get me assigned as Personal Representative before assets were lost, then proceeded to guide me through the probate process, three property sales, and one foreclosure. I live in Washington State, all estate assets were in Minnesota and I wanted an attorney with clear knowledge of local laws. Such out-of-state interaction requires an extra level of trust and communication. I had interviewed a half dozen lawyers based on posted reviews and feel particularly fortunate to have found Nathan. He offered detailed, well-thought advice and analysis. He was extremely prompt in replying to my many emailed questions and sometimes frantic phone calls. He stated costs clearly up-front and adhered to them. He honored my wish to allow me to contribute what I could to reduce expenses. As a result the legal aspects of settling my father’s estate went more smoothly and much less expensively than anticipated.

We live in Florida and used Nathan’s legal services for probate on Dad’s Minnesota Estate. Nathan met with us on very short notice (same day) when we were in Minnesota for Dad’s funeral.
