Nathan Krogh, of Krogh Law Firm, P.A., is a great attorney! He is competent and attentive. He worked with us on setting up an LLC and purchase a commercial building. There was no will, one property posted for foreclosure, a second one imminent, a partially built home on one parcel, a three-bay garage on another, and damage everywhere. Nathan helped to quickly get me assigned as Personal Representative before assets were lost, then proceeded to guide me through the probate process, three property sales, and one foreclosure. I live in Washington State, all estate assets were in Minnesota and I wanted an attorney with clear knowledge of local laws. Such out-of-state interaction requires an extra level of trust and communication. I had interviewed a half dozen lawyers based on posted reviews and feel particularly fortunate to have found Nathan. He offered detailed, well-thought advice and analysis. He was extremely prompt in replying to my many emailed questions and sometimes frantic phone calls.
