Biography
Nathan J. Krogh was admitted to practice law in Minnesota in 1998. He is a Minnesota State Bar Association Board Certified Real Property Specialist. His practice focuses on Real Estate, Probate, Estate Planning and Business Law.
Nathan’s real estate practice involves a wide variety of commercial and residential real estate matters. He represents a broad spectrum of real estate clients including lenders, owners, investors, condominium associations, general contractors and developers. He was lead counsel for a development project in Southern Minnesota including the acquisition and all aspects of development and construction of four phases and over 200 residential lots. His experience in real estate litigation includes foreclosure, boundary disputes, fair housing claims, mechanic liens, partition actions and complex title matters.
In 2004, Nathan was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine. Minnesota Law & Politics recognizes Rising Stars as a way to highlight emerging attorneys who are either under the age of 40 or who have been practicing law for ten or fewer years. Only 2.5 percent of Minnesota attorneys are given this honor.
