Professional

Patrick serviced the needs of the Association I work for professionally on several occasions in the last few years. Top notch and trustworthy

Trustworthy St. Paul Attorney. Good work and fair billing.

I've worked with Patrick McGuiness for business entity creation, employee handbook, general employment practice consultation, issues related to customers/collections. Also consultation on the contracts we use with our clients. Patrick is a pleasant person to work with and is very professional and ...timely about communication. Your phone calls and emails will be returned promptly. He has experience owning a construction-related business, as well, so I think he is uniquely qualified to give good advice to business owners and would-be business owners. His fee structure is fair for both sides. He definitely earns what he bills... which has not always been how I felt about other attorneys. He is my go-to attorney and I would call him regardless what legal issues you're facing. If his firm doesn't have expertise in your exact need, they can recommend you to someone who does.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
