Reprimand issued in MN, 2013
updated on 01/12/2026Reprimand means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. The State gives the lawyer a public reprimand in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
“Over 13 years ago, I posted a fake review of an opposing attorney on a very high conflict case I had with her. It was a stupid thing to do and I apologized to her and reported myself to the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility, which resulted in the reprimand. This sanction did not involve anything having to do with how I handle my own client's cases or their funds. I have handled many cases since then with positive reviews and feedback. I am happy to answer any questions about it.”
