Additionally, she always thoroughly followed up with me, followed through with what she said she would do, fact-checked before submitting any documents on my behalf, and never left me hanging with any part of my case. Although Ms. Maxim does have a team that she works with, she always personally communicated with me instead of delegating it to her team.
