When you are going through something as emotional as a divorce, you need someone who is calm, cool and very competent at your side. Mr. Fozard is kind, professional and he stays focused on the goal. My ex-wife went through two different attorneys and both of them tried starting silly arguments with... us that quite frankly just rack up the legal fees . . . .. good for the lawyers, bad for the clients. Mr. Fozard shut that down immediately and kept the process moving forward. Also of note, his communication and follow through are absolutely outstanding. While hopefully I will never need his services again, I know I will be keeping in touch with him, as he is that type of individual!

Attorney Fozard has gone above and beyond representing a loved one in their messy divorce.
