I live in Minnesota and my ex moved with my two kids in Wisconsin she does not want me to see my kids because of sexual misconduct charge she press on me for being innocent after probation of 7 years. The charged was dismissed and dropped leading to sponged my record but still Minnesota wouldn't ...give me permission to see my kids because my ex was making up stories against me .
