Kelly S. Kelly

Kelly S. Kelly is a partner at the Herrling Clark Law Firm, Ltd. Kelly’s practice is entirely devoted to family law matters. From a straight-forward modification of support or maintenance claim to litigating a complex divorce, Kelly has experience and comfort handling a variety of legal matters that affect her clients’ and their families. After more than a decade of practice in the family law arena, Kelly knows how critical it is that all family law cases be handled with diligence, compassion and respect. Kelly practices throughout Northeast Wisconsin, including Outagamie, Brown, Calumet, Winnebago, Waupaca and the surrounding counties. However, Kelly has also traveled to Milwaukee County and to the northern part of the State to represent clients. Locally, Kelly is an active member of both the Outagamie County and Waupaca County Bar Associations and her involvement with these organizations has helped her foster a professional working relationship with the Guardians Ad Litem and local Judges who play a key role in her clients’ cases. Further, Kelly’s commitment to continuing education and her membership in various family law chapters allows her to maintain a current working knowledge of the laws and proposed legislation that affect the rights and bargaining positions of her clients. Since early in her career, Kelly has been recognized by the Wisconsin Super Lawyers organization as a “Rising Star” attorney. Most recently, Kelly was honored with the Nationally Ranked Top 10 Attorney Award by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys, placing her in an elite category of the top 1% of attorneys in the State of Wisconsin. Kelly is extremely active in the Fox Valley community and is also very proud of her local roots, having grown up in Kaukauna. Kelly currently serves as the President of the Kaukauna Alumni Foundation Board of Directors and also sits on several other Fox Valley-based Boards of Directors. In 2004, Kelly participated in the Fox Cities’ Chamber of Commerce’s “Leadership Fox Cities” program and was honored to also be a member of the inaugural Leadership Fox Cities Executive Program in 2012.
