Worst lawyer ever

Expects money for little to no work or effort, accepts first offer from DA right away.

Bias Reviews

This site is BS. I am sure this will not get posted. "Provide details, but not too much detail. Don't be spiteful (ie no negative reviews)." The facts are that Mandy bills excessively for work that she did not do, does not address her clients needs, and simply does not seem to care.

Hi Derek, I am not sure what you hired me for. because I do not recall having a client anytime recently by that name, but if you would like to give me a call to discuss your bill, I would be happy to go over it with you. I do not bill for work that I didn't do, so I would love to clear up any discrepancies there may be. Also, if there was an issue that was not addressed for your representation, I would be happy to respond to that as well. If you were a client, then you have my personal cell number as well as the office line. Thanks!

lack of representation

I was in need of a lawyer never having been in trouble with the law did not know what to do or expect I hired her. She did nothing to help me but did help the DA get a conviction by waiving the pre-trial so i could not tell my side or question the detective who lied in his report. She informed me to ...do this and I did not know how the system worked that why i hired her. My mistake she lead me wrong but it did help the DA. I would never hire her again and hope others think twice about hiring her too. She does not care. I did not commit the crime but had to plead guilty because of her professional advice.

Terrible Experience

Mandy represented me in a family court matter that had to do with custody. My son's father had barely seen our son in what was going to be a year and he had not had him on any overnights except for one weekend. There were other numerous things/evidence that I had gathered to prove to the judge on why... a temporary order should be in place to keep things as they had been as we went through the whole process. I did all of the research and had a large stack of information for Mandy. I also had to rewrite the affidavit three times as it sounded like an uneducated person wrote it and some statements were just not true, like she wasn't even listening to me. I had made it very clear in the beginning why I was going to court as I stated above; however when I lost Mandy said that she told me that that judge never does that, that he never changes orders which was a complete lie she never said that to me. Why would I hire her if I knew I would loose? During court she made scoffing noises when the other party talked which was so unprofessional and reflected poorly on me. She met with me right before the hearing and it was like she didn't remember much about my case like she didn't even look at my information I provided her ahead of time. In court I asked her to mention important details and she didn't. The whole ordeal was horrible. During court I wanted to fire her so that I could talk and correct her actions. I wasn't going to write a review initially eventhough I was extremely unhappy with Mandy, but everyone that I have told has agreed that it was absolutely not right and that I needed to say something. The only positive comment I have is that she was good at returning calls and messages, but that is it.

Throw your money off a bridge

I was extremely upset I hired Mandy. She ignored my questions. When I was on the phone with her and brought up my concerns she wouldn't let me talk. She kept interrupting me. She never told me what to expect, how to handle anything in my case. I always wondered if she even did anything on my case ...at all. I got the feeling that she didn't care about me or my case she just wanted a little easy money. She took my retainer and wasted it away on nothing. I would never hire her again.

Unfortunately because this person did not leave a name with which I can associate or identify with a specific case, I am unable to determine who wrote this review or whether I actually represented them. As with any client or case though, I do appreciate feedback and would invite this person to contact me via telephone to discuss their complaint. Thank you.
