Seeking a divorce attorney was very challenging. I needed an attorney who could work with a complex process. My first attorney failed me - he declined to seek out a VITAL portion of my MSA! Frustrated and spent (one year of time and many dollars wasted), I declined to agree with the substandard M...SA, and instead pushed myself to seek better representation. After a long and scrutinizing search, I came across Mandy Caffee's office. I made a phone inquiry and felt very encouraged, so I drove the miles to meet her. Mandy was professional, organized, and kept me encouraged, even as I explained how my first attorney let me down. Mandy understood I lived a distance from her office, so she made sure I could communicate easily with her - she upheld this 110%! After two years, and two attorneys (Mandy Caffee as my 2nd), my divorce was finalized. Mandy was professional, well organized, driven, and fierce. She validated my concerns, dug deep into a newer process (all while being open and honest with the progress), and made sure I wasn't walked on by my ex-spouse. I left the courtroom feeling confident in the new and well improved MSA , as well as my life moving forward. I can't imagine how things would have been if I simply settled with the outcome from my first attorney. Mandy made sure I would thrive independently, so I highly recommend her to others! Mandy is the best attorney I've eve met and the last one I will ever hire. She makes everything very easy to understand and get things done as quickly and smoothly as possible. Mandy was amazing. She took on an uphill battle and worked hard for 2 years to get me results. I finally got 50/50 placement of my kids and have them at a school that cares about them and their education. I would recommend Mandy to anyone and will use her again if I ever need a lawyer. Thank God for Mandy!! I got a speeding ticket going 23mph over, a couple of months on my way to a job, where I ended up catching Covid. Not able to really do my job to the capacity before, scared about not being able to earn enough to take care of my family. I thought about CDL school and my s...peeding ticket was in the way. She fought for me and worked with the court system to get my ticket reduced to a whopping 1-10!!! She took me when NOBODY did, and she was financially very reasonable. She handled my "baby ticket" like it was a more serious case. She communicated with me every step of the way and explained things so I could understand what was going on. Every lawyer has knowledge but Mandy has something special. She was very personal but professional, understanding, and compassionate. She was so quick with responses and emails. Her work ethic is on another level. There were some attorneys I contacted before that didn't respond to any of my emails or calls and spoke to me all rude when they finally did. If you want an attorney who listens, understands your needs, respects you, communicates and responds well, Mandy is the ONLY choice!! Not only did she help me get into a Truck Driving Program that meets the requirements...since I'm an out of state resident, I'm able to get a top paying job!! Thanks to her I'm able to provide for my family. Its a scary thing laying in the hospital thinking what can I do, because I didn't have any other skills. That 1-10mph changed my life. Had it not been for Mandy fighting for me, I truly don't know what I would have done.

Mandy was an excellent resource for me when having to advocate for the best interest of my child. Together we were effectively able to build a case that gave me my desired outcome regarding the custody and school district for my child. My case went on for roughly 5 months and I was lucky to get about... 40% of my retainer back which was amazing!! Being a full-time student it was hard to spend the money for a lawyer but ultimately it was worth it and I would do it 10x over again. I highly recommend Mandy, especially for divorced or single fathers fighting for their children! When you get a lawyer, alot of the work is on them but some depends on your cooperation, patience and correspondence and we really meshed well. You hire them to represent you but you have to be willing to put the work in to advocate for yourself. I gave her all the facts, information she needed, and built ideas and arguments and from there she took my ideas and feelings into consideration, then formed and shaped it all into a solid argument for my case. I sometimes felt I was overstepping with my suggestions and so forth but she was very straightforward with me if it wasn't going to work but energized by an idea I had that could help my case. I highly recommend Mandy and she will be the first person I call for representation down the road!
