Seeking a divorce attorney was very challenging. I needed an attorney who could work with a complex process. My first attorney failed me - he declined to seek out a VITAL portion of my MSA! My case was extremely complex, but she did not hesitate to take it on. Mandy and her investigators were able to dissect the entire case and separate fact ...from fiction. They were able to present this evidence to the DA and help them see the inconsistencies in the case. Her team was able to get multiple felony's dismissed and the case was ultimately settled with a non-criminal resolution.

Mandy was an excellent resource for me when having to advocate for the best interest of my child. Together we were effectively able to build a case that gave me my desired outcome regarding the custody and school district for my child. My case went on for roughly 5 months and I was lucky to get about... 40% of my retainer back which was amazing!! Being a full-time student it was hard to spend the money for a lawyer but ultimately it was worth it and I would do it 10x over again. I highly recommend Mandy, especially for divorced or single fathers fighting for their children! When you get a lawyer, alot of the work is on them but some depends on your cooperation, patience and correspondence and we really meshed well. You hire them to represent you but you have to be willing to put the work in to advocate for yourself. I gave her all the facts, information she needed, and built ideas and arguments and from there she took my ideas and feelings into consideration, then formed and shaped it all into a solid argument for my case. I sometimes felt I was overstepping with my suggestions and so forth but she was very straightforward with me if it wasn't going to work but energized by an idea I had that could help my case.
