Mandy was amazing. She took on an uphill battle and worked hard for 2 years to get me results. I finally got 50/50 placement of my kids and have them at a school that cares about them and their education. I would recommend Mandy to anyone and will use her again if I ever need a lawyer. Definitely fig...hts for her clients and getting them what they ask. She also is very reasonably priced and tries to combine things instead of charging constant little fees.

Mandy was an excellent resource for me when having to advocate for the best interest of my child. Together we were effectively able to build a case that gave me my desired outcome regarding the custody and school district for my child. My case went on for roughly 5 months and I was lucky to get about... 40% of my retainer back which was amazing!! Being a full-time student it was hard to spend the money for a lawyer but ultimately it was worth it and I would do it 10x over again. I highly recommend Mandy, especially for divorced or single fathers fighting for their children! When you get a lawyer, alot of the work is on them but some depends on your cooperation, patience and correspondence and we really meshed well. You hire them to represent you but you have to be willing to put the work in to advocate for yourself. I gave her all the facts, information she needed, and built ideas and arguments and from there she took my ideas and feelings into consideration, then formed and shaped it all into a solid argument for my case. I sometimes felt I was overstepping with my suggestions and so forth but she was very straightforward with me if it wasn't going to work but energized by an idea I had that could help my case. I highly recommend Mandy and she will be the first person I call for representation down the road!

I retained Mandy's services for a family court matter. In the first five minutes of the consultation I knew I had found my attorney. Mandy was so positive about my situation and made me feel so hopeful. Throughout the process she was attentive and available even calling me from out west on a family v...acation during a particular rough spot in the process just to put me at ease. The way she went above and beyond was outstanding but the best part is that she delivered the exact results that I was hoping for. Having never been through a process like this I quickly learned that it is not just about the attorney you hire but also the team that they have around them. This brings me to her assistant Nikki. I literally do not have enough great words to say about Nikki and how she helped me through this process. She is a phenomenal human being and the way she dealt with all of the hurdles throughout this process was beyond outstanding!!!! No one ever wants to hire an attorney but I can say without question that Mandy and her team are the only ones I would ever call. In my opinion 5 stars isn't enough!

Mandy represented me in a family court matter that had to do with custody. My son's father had barely seen our son in what was going to be a year and he had not had him on any overnights except for one weekend. There were other numerous things/evidence that I had gathered to prove to the judge on why... a temporary order should be in place to keep things as they had been as we went through the whole process. I did all of the research and had a large stack of information for Mandy. I also had to rewrite the affidavit three times as it sounded like an uneducated person wrote it and some statements were just not true, like she wasn't even listening to me. I had made it very clear in the beginning why I was going to court as I stated above; however when I lost Mandy said that she told me that that judge never does that, that he never changes orders which was a complete lie she never said that to me. Why would I hire her if I knew I would loose? During court she made scoffing noises when the other party talked which was so unprofessional and reflected poorly on me. She met with me right before the hearing and it was like she didn't remember much about my case like she didn't even look at my information I provided her ahead of time. In court I asked her to mention important details and she didn't. The whole ordeal was horrible. During court I wanted to fire her so that I could talk and correct her actions. I wasn't going to write a review initially eventhough I was extremely unhappy with Mandy, but everyone that I have told has agreed that it was absolutely not right and that I needed to say something. The only positive comment I have is that she was good at returning calls and messages, but that is it.
