I work with people and businesses who have been injured physically or monetarily. Think of me as the first call for help. When people are injured or need help, they call my office - - - and I help them get fair treatment and appripriate compensation for their injuries.
My areas of practice include personal injury (including auto and boat accidents), general litigation, divorce and custody issues, drunk driving OWI / DUI defense, commercial litigation, insurance disputes, mediation, arbitration, and other forms of ADR.
I previously worked in the marine industry as a yacht racing coach, instructor, and sailmaker; I've conducted racing rules seminars, sail trim and performance seminars, and general maritime sailing consulting.
