Great Work Comp Attorney

A great attorney will fight for you and get you the most he can. My first attorney, I fired because they were advising me to take a low ball offer. Robert was able to get me over 20 times as much as the first attorney. I felt that Robert Janssen truly had my best interest at hand he didn't rush m...e to settle my case. A case that lasted over 10 years due to recurring back issues. Kept my health first priority and made sure I was getting the right treatment for injuries. After an injury life becomes hard and to top it off now you have to fight the insurance company. Robert Janssen and his staff are great people to have on your side to get what you deserve.

Worker's Comp

I was involved in an on-duty vehicle accident and I had zero understanding of worker's comp and the situation I was in. I was not at fault as the other driver ran a red light. A friend suggested I call Bob and without Bob I would have been taken advantage of by my employer, more than likely fired f...or injuries received in the accident and responsible for thousands upon thousands of dollars in medical bills due to multiple surgeries from the accident. I believe Bob knows work comp law better than anyone. He not only saved my career, he made it a priority to make certain all my medical bills from the accident were covered. I am grateful for Bob and if I would ever need legal help again, Bob is the first person I will call. Outstanding attorney. He really cares about his clients.

Consultation

Robert because of a fall at work. He listened and talked to me for almost an hour explaining Wisconsin workmans comp and how it applies to me. He also gave me great suggestions on how to handle my medical situation and the field nurse sent by the insurance company. There was no pressure to hire him... and I believe he had my best interest in mind. If I do need legal assistance he would definitely be the one I would hire.
