Early in 2012, I was charged with a crime that would have devastated my personal and professional reputation, if convicted. Having never been in trouble criminally, this experience was the most traumatic and devastating experience I have ever endured. Attorney Englund was willing to carefully examine and discuss all of my concerns professionally, and without judgment, and I could tell during our conversation that he was passionate about his work, and that I could trust him. Not just with “a case,” but with MY case. From before I even hired him, until after the pleasant disposition of my case, Attorney Englund was more attentive to my needs as a client than I expected. I figured getting an attorney on the phone whenever I had a question was an unreasonable request. And for many attorneys, that is probably the case. Despite his busy schedule, Attorney Englund was always attentive to my concerns and needs. Even if he was in trial all day, my calls were promptly returned by Attorney Englund, and he made sure to address all of my needs before ending the call. Moreover, Attorney Englund examined EVERY angle of my case, and shared everything that he saw, and thoroughly discussed how he planned to approach every scenario, and specifically informed me of why his experience indicates that he is providing the best approach. During a situation in which I felt I had no control, it was comforting to have somebody updating me every step of the way. I knew nothing about criminal law prior to the case in which I received superb representation, and I will be forever grateful that I hired the best attorney for the job.

My husband and I hired Jay about about 3 months ago to represent me due to my second dui as well as my third driving after revocation, as well as a few other minor traffic violations. Quite a few family members and friends tried to disuade me from hiring a lawyer and I couldn't be happier that I did ...not take their advice.
