Jay was terrific from start to finish throughout my entire DWI-1 case. He laid out the entire process for me in the first call and he updated me promptly along the way. This past summer I found myself in a predicament I've never been in before. I had been arrested on battery charges. I had never been arrested in my life. It happened when I was on vacation so not being from the area made it even more scary. I qualified for a public defender, however, after one co...nversation with her, I realized she did not have my best interest in mind, and was potentially "overworked".
