Jessica assists both businesses and individuals in the areas of employment law, business law, civil litigation, and landlord-tenant. She advises clients regarding nonsolicitation/noncompetition agreements, severance agreements, employment contracts, terminations, unemployment insurance, employment practices, human resources compliance, worker’s compensation, independent contractor relationships, and general contract matters. She also litigates disputes before courts and administrative agencies involving contracts, employment discrimination, payment of wages, fraud, misrepresentation, personal injuries, evictions, and other civil matters. She advises landlords regarding their obligations, drafts and reviews leases, and handles litigation on behalf of landlords when needed. Jessica volunteers for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society - Wisconsin Chapter as a member of the Government Relations Committee and an advocate for those living with MS. Jessica enjoys cooking, exercise, and is an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and the Wisconsin Badgers.
