Jason was professional from the beginning of our house sale to the closing. He was available and timely with any questions we had. During the process we never felt alone or confused with what was happening. At one point Jason caught a time line error on the buying parties end their realtor had missed. We would have never caught this on our own. If your looking for a lawyer who is professional, timely, hard working and reliable look no further than Jason Greller.

Jason Greller is proficient, prompt, professional and personal. You won’t find a more attentive and knowledgeable lawyer. We have used Jason four times both for selling and buying homes (one condominium). Jason was always on top of things, letting us know what to expect in advance, catching discrepancies and potential issues and taking care of them before they became problems. He responds to emails and phone calls promptly.
We have found that we are more comfortable with an attorney working on our behalf when we buy or sell a home rather than a realtor. Each of our four transactions were stress free thanks to Jason.
While Jason is extremely knowledgeable, he puts us non lawyers at ease and answers any question clearly, patiently and respectfully.

Jason handled all the legalities and advised us on all the paperwork requiring signatures when we purchased our house. When the title company wanted to bury an outstanding lien with an insurance clause, it was Jason’s insistence that got the lien matter cleared up correctly. Turned out that clearing the lien from the title was easier than writing paper to hide it.
Jason handled the legalities and advised us on all the paperwork for the sale of our old home. He wrote several amendments to the offer, including a rental agreement when the buyers wanted to move in a week early (against Jason’s advice). Due to the buyers being friends of friends we were inclined to make concessions that Jason counseled us were less than prudent. None the less, he stayed with it and wrote amendments to reduce our risk as best he could. Quite successfully.
Jason handled all the paperwork, advised us on virtually every decision we made throughout these processes and collected signatures from all the parties involved. Considering all the work we required of him, (satisfaction of contingencies, multiple amendments and educating us at every turn so we could make informed decisions) we really got our money’s worth from him. Especially when the unexpected occurred.
Just before closing on the old house, a truck spilled diesel fuel down our driveway. Jason has continued to advise us through this last minute crisis, which has continued well passed the closing. We seem to be clients that just won’t go away. I’ve kept Jason informed of the changing situation and his advice is truly a comfort. He has a way of mixing friendly humor with eloquence. I have learned a lot from him and won’t hesitate to recommend him as the clear thinking, diligent, trustworthy and thoroughly dependable attorney that he is.
